On Sunday, Feb. 4, communities around the globe will come together to recognize World Cancer Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about cancer prevention, detection and treatment, and a time to reflect on the impact this disease has on individuals, families and communities worldwide.

Cancer remains one of the most significant health challenges globally, affecting millions of lives each year. However, through the hardships there is hope, resilience and determination among patients, survivors and the health care professionals who work tirelessly to provide treatments and quality care. We extend our deepest gratitude to these health care workers for their unwavering dedication and commitment to making a difference to those affected by cancer.

This Sunday, we renew our commitment to raising cancer awareness, promoting early detection and supporting cancer research initiatives. How can you make a difference in our communities?

Throughout the month of February, please consider making a donation to our own NAH Cancer Center through the NAH Office of Philanthropy.
