Better Breathers Club
As one of our most popular support groups, the Better Breathers Club is the only one of its kind in Northern Arizona that’s associated with the American Lung Association.

Smoking Cessation Group
Did you know smoking is the leading cause of preventable disease and preventable deaths in the United States? It isn’t easy to stop smoking, but you’re not alone. In fact, dozens of people have successfully stopped smoking with our program and have never gone back to the habit.
COPD Wellness Program
This multidisciplinary program addresses a number of respiratory issues pulmonary patients grapple with on a daily basis. You’ll learn how to measure your peak flow at home; inhaler information for asthma; proper exercise; pulmonary rehab; and nutrition.
