Valerie Van Ravenswaay, DO
Bio
Valerie Van Ravenswaay, DO, MPH, is a hospitalist credentialed at Northern Arizona Healthcare, where she serves as an at-large member of Flagstaff Medical Center’s Medical Executive Committee. Dr. Van Ravenswaay cares for patients and empowers them to live their lives fully and without regret. She is passionate about osteopathic medicine, preventive care, women’s health and sports medicine.
Dr. Van Ravenswaay grew up in Ontario, Canada, where she offered care as a registered massage therapist. She moved to the US and graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she completed an additional year in osteopathic medicine as a pre-doctoral fellow. Dr. Van Ravenswaay went on to complete her family medicine residency at Texas A&M. She is now a proud resident of Flagstaff, where she takes part in marathons and triathlons and enjoys the great outdoors with her family and friends.
