Tom De Moulin is a physical therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine department of Northern Arizona Healthcare. He is located at the East Flagstaff clinic.
Expertise and Special interests
Tom treats orthopedic injuries that most often occur in sports and work. He specializes in physical therapy to treat injuries to the thoracic spine and ribs. Dysfunction in the thoracic area can have significant effects on posture and range of motion in the shoulders and neck. Tom uses manual therapy, exercise and other modalities to help correct issues found in this region. Tom also does extensive soft tissue and myofascial work.
Education and Certification
Tom earned a master’s in physical therapy from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s in Biology from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces
Philosophy
Tom feels it is important for patients to take ownership of their rehab, and it is his responsibility to help them reach their maximum potential in recovery.
