Paula Herald
Bio
Paula Herald was elected to the Northern Arizona Healthcare Board of Directors in 2023.
Paula earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Healthcare Administration from University of Illinois.
She has over 25 years in health care management and 15 years in health care administration experience. She held prestigious positions in revenue cycle leadership for large health care and health insurance organizations for many years. She has had success in developing and leading operations and project teams, establishing and managing executive relationships, and driving improvements in profitability, productivity and quality. Her experience includes such work at CVS Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Ernst and Young.
Paula and her husband David reside in Cottonwood. She has remained active in her community through participation in various boards, including, most recently, the Mingus Union High School Site Council and Capital Bond Planning Committee.
