Pasquale Bernardi, MD
Bio
Dr. Bernardi joined NAH as president of Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group (NAHMG) in June 2022. In his role, Dr. Bernardi’s focus is strengthening NAH’s physician-led medical group with a particular focus on improving NAH’s ability to deliver exceptional patient care. A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Bernardi has more than 20 years of leadership experience in health systems, hospitals and academic settings, with experience in integrating new health care specialties and practices. Dr. Bernardi joined NAH from Ascension Medical Group Wisconsin, where he served as the clinical vice president for a multi-specialty group of 500 providers. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented processes to improve the quality of care delivered to patients in collaboration with physicians and colleagues at Ascension Medical Group Wisconsin as well as Centegra Health Systems in Illinois and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Maryland. Dr. Bernardi earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Virginia. He also has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington & Jefferson College.
