Mark Chapman, MD
Bio
Mark K. Chapman, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist at Northern Arizona Healthcare, where he serves as chairman for anesthesia on Flagstaff Medical Center’s (FMC) Medical Executive Committee. Dr. Chapman is also chairman of the credentials committee, and he previously served as the chief of staff at FMC, where he was on the board of directors in 2008. He has worked as a cardiac anesthesiologist in Flagstaff for over 25 years.
Dr. Chapman, a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and his undergraduate degree from Utah State University. He completed his residency at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Dr. Chapman enjoys various seasonal hobbies, including gardening in the summer and sewing quilts in the winter.
