Bio

Corinne Panasiuk (Halsted), DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Northern Arizona Healthcare, where she serves as the community medicine department chair on Flagstaff Medical Center’s Medical Executive Committee. Dr. Panasiuk believes health care should be patient-centered, and she stays apprised of the latest evidence-based guidelines to help her patients make better health and lifestyle decisions. Her wide-ranging expertise includes full-scope family medicine, office-based procedures, obesity and weight-loss medicine, women’s health, adolescent health, and osteopathic principles and manipulation.

When asked to describe her role as a health care provider, Dr. Panasiuk said, “My patients appreciate that I am a good listener and easy to talk to, especially when it comes to difficult and vulnerable conversations. I am very thorough and have effective communication skills when navigating critical or challenging conversations. I also try to be a cheerleader for my patients in all victories no matter how big or small.”

 

Dr. Panasiuk earned her medical degree from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Mercy Hospital St. Louis Family Medicine Residency, where she served as chief resident during her final year. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in health management and policy from Saint Louis University.
