Dr. Cashmore is a Board Certification certified orthopaedic surgeon. During his residency, he was in the top 1 percent honors for 1996 Orthopaedic In-Training Examination, and was named Orthopaedic Resident instructor of the year in 1997. Dr. Cashmore joined Northern Arizona Orthopaedics in 2003.
He continues a general orthopedic practice which includes trauma, sports medicine arthroscopy/reconstruction, and joint replacement surgery. He has sub-specialty interest in adult reconstructive surgery which includes total hip and knee arthroplasty. He incorporates special training in minimally invasive techniques for the hip and knee, and offers partial knee replacement and hip resurfacing. He continues a high volume practice of over 100 joint replacement cases per year. Dr. Cashmore has further sub-specialty interest in Hip Arthroscopy, for treatment of femoral acetabulor impingement and labral tears. After extensive surgical training he has been performing Hip Arthroscopy since 2008.
Dr. Cashmore and his wife Renee are the parents of three young children. In their spare time, they enjoy skiing and mountain bike riding.
