NAH welcomes Shannon Aurelius to primary care in Flagstaff

Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) announced that Shannon Aurelius, PA-C, has joined the NAH primary care office in Flagstaff. She is accepting patients now. Shannon joins an established primary care team in Flagstaff, including a number of long-standing physicians, including Mark Pico, MD and Amy Britt, MD, as well as physician assistants and nurse practitioners who all help families and the community stay healthy.

Aurelius, who has over five years of experience as a physician assistant, believes in empowering her patients through education and clear communication. Her care philosophy is to ensure that her patients and their families are aligned regarding their treatment plans, and are educated about the best options to realize their long-term health goals.  

Aurelius earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
