Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) today announced Tiffany Witek, FNP, and Lori Schaben, FNP, have joined the NAH Medical Group as new primary care providers in the Verde Valley. They are accepting patients now. NAH Medical Group (NAHMG) services are designed to improve health by providing individuals and their families with integrated care close to home.
“We are pleased to welcome Tiffany and Lori to our primary care practices in the Verde Valley,” said NAHMG President Pasquale Bernardi, MD. “We believe in the importance of delivering primary care in the communities we serve, and we are thrilled to grow our group of providers. We know that Tiffany and Lori will provide exceptional care to their patients and build on NAH’s commitment of delivering health care close to home for Verde Valley-area residents,” Dr. Bernardi added.
Witek, who has 10 years of experience in health care, believes that providing high-quality health care means listening and working with her patients to create an individualized care plan. She specializes in family medicine, including pediatrics.
Schaben has 11 years of nursing experience with a background in critical care and extensive diabetes training. She started her career in the ICU and went on to work in the medical and surgical sectors so she could deliver a broader range of care, including primary care for her patients.
Witek and Schaben are both board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners – Family Practice, a certification that prepares them to care for patients of any age throughout their lifespan.
Witek earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University and her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh. Schaben earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Morningside University and her undergraduate degree in nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences.
