Patients can now obtain medical records in Verde Valley Medical Center’s main lobby, 269 S. Candy Lane in Cottonwood. The Health Information Management, or HIM, department staff member will be in in the fourth bay of the registration area from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to help patients with medical records requests. This new location provides easier access for patients. The main HIM Department will still be located on the first floor. To contact HIM, call 928-639-6280.
