Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) provides a wide range of routine and urgent lab and pathology services for patients in northern Arizona. These walk-in services are available at our locations in Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek.
Our labs play an important role in helping hundreds of physicians diagnose and treat their patients. We also connect our communities to specialized testing across the country through our reference lab network.
Our team includes board-certified pathologists, clinical laboratory scientists, histologists and phlebotomists. They work together to provide fast and accurate test results. Walk in or reserve an appointment time in advance
To best serve you and our northern Arizona communities, our labs offer the convenience of reserving a projected appointment time from your smartphone, laptop or tablet. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments can help you get in and out faster.
Before you come in:
- Please check with the doctor or provider who ordered your lab work to find out if you need to fast. If fasting is required, do not eat or drink anything (except water, if allowed) for 12 hours before your appointment.
- Be sure to read all the prep instructions that came with your lab order. Some tests have special steps you need to follow before your visit.
- If you have questions about how to prepare, contact your provider.
When you arrive:
- If you reserved a time online, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for registration.
- If you have a paper lab order, bring it with you, even if your provider already sent it to us.
Helpful information:
- If your lab order includes special instructions or multiple tests, your visit may take a little longer than usual.

Rescheduling an appointment booked online:
- If you booked an appointment online and need to reschedule, please cancel your existing appointment before booking a new one.
- Find the text or email we sent asking you to confirm your appointment. This is usually sent the day before your visit, though it may arrive sooner.
- If you received a text, click the Confirm link, then click Cancel to delete your appointment. If you received an email, click the Cancel button.
Our accreditation and why it matters
Northern Arizona Healthcare laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and certified by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments Program, permitting us to receive Medicare and Medicaid payments.
