A new health information management (HIM) kiosk space is available for patients to request a copy of their medical records at the FMC east campus.
Staffed by an NAH colleague, the new HIM kiosk area increases patients’ accessibility to health information by providing a convenient way for patients to receive hard copies of their medical records, right at FMC , Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If an FMC patient is seeking access to their medical records, please direct them to the HIM kiosk area, located past the gift shop on the first floor of east campus, to the left across from the vending machines.
