Our Level I and Level IV Trauma Centers provide quality-driven care staffed by emergency specialists trained in adult and pediatric medicine.

FMC ED is a Level I Trauma Center and Cardiac Receiving Center, designated by the Arizona Department of Health Services. This Flagstaff location offers 24/7 neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery coverage and an on-call anesthesiologist. VVMC is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center and is located in Cottonwood.
