Did you know you can request a prescription renewal through MyNAHealthcare, the Northern Arizona Healthcare patient portal? If your prescription is out-of-date and needs to be renewed by your provider before you can get additional refills, send a renewal request at your convenience. Log in to MyNAHealthcare and select “Prescription Renewal” from the dashboard. Enter your provider’s name and choose the medication and pharmacy where you’d like it sent. It’s that easy.
MyNAHealthcare offers other easy and secure ways to manage your health information online. With the patient portal, you can also:
- View your health information.
- Retrieve lab results.
- View and request appointments.
- Communicate with your healthcare provider’s office via secure message (physician offices only).
- View health summaries during inpatient visits, both current and historical.
- View summary notes after an outpatient clinic visit.
- And more
Creating a patient portal account is quick and easy.
No account? No problem. We’ve made enrolling in MyNAHealthcare even easier. You can request an email invitation from a registration or clinic staff member when receiving care or self-enroll on your own schedule.
As of January 30, there are now two options for self-enrollment. If you are a NAH patient who is 18 or older and doesn’t currently have access to MyNAHealthcare, you can self-enroll using your NAH account number(CMRN), or using the email address you provided to NAH at check-in.
If you manage someone else’s health, talk to the patient’s healthcare provider to receive a personal invitation. Self-enrollment is not currently available to caregivers or guardians.
