What is Children’s Rehabilitative Services?
Children’s Rehabilitative Services, or CRS, is a program managed by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, or AHCCCS, for children with chronic and/or qualifying diagnoses.
Our outpatient clinics provide specialized services and easier access to essential healthcare resources to ease your mind and help your child regain his or her health as quickly as possible.
To enroll your child in the CRS program at Flagstaff Medical Center, you must submit an application. To complete an application and learn more about AHCCCS, visit their website.
