…Stay for the vision

  • We are a collaborative team.
  • We are part of the healthcare solution.
  • We are personally connected to our rural communities.
  • We are committed to colleague wellness.
  • We are cutting-edge technology and technique.
  • We are supportive of family and career.

…Keeping our commitment to safety

The patients, families and communities that entrust Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) with their care remain steadfast in their belief that our organization will continue to provide safe patient care. That calling requires us to take every step we can to deliver on that belief. The overwhelming evidence is that the COVID-19 and other vaccines are safe and effective. NAH’s Required Vaccination Policy is in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which sets safety requirements for health care workers nationally. The NAH policy has been updated for new employees. The policy is in alignment with CMS guidelines.

Certain vaccines are required for employees in all positions. Some vaccines are optional for non-patient-care positions. Please ask your recruiter for more information about the specific position for which you are applying.

At NAH colleague safety is a top priority. NAH has kept colleagues safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic by ensuring that every colleague has training, resources, and personal protective equipment to safely care for patients. NAH has a comprehensive respiratory protection program that ensures every colleague has access to N-95 masks that they have been fit tested to, for every patient encounter.
