Our recruitment process
What to expect
- Phase 1 – You’ll submit an email with CV to our recruiter indicating the position and campus you’re interested in being considered for. You can expect to hear back from us within three weeks, and we’ll schedule an initial phone call or video conference meeting with the lead physician or medical director of employed physician group. You’ll be asked to complete and return first-step screening forms.
- Phase 2 – We’ll process your screening forms and confirm your on-site visit and interview dates.
- Phase 3 – After you’ve progressed through Phases 1 and 2, if you and we agree you would be a good fit for the team, we’ll present an offer letter and initiate employment contract discussions.
