Q: What do you enjoy about being in the field of medicine?

A: I enjoy the variety that comes with each day in family medicine.

A:  I look forward to seeing both kids and adults. I enjoy being able to work with patients throughout their lifespans in the context of their families and environments. I love my colleagues! In general, I find people who work in family medicine are friendly; easy-going; supportive; and have a healthy work-life balance.

A: I am happy to discuss complementary and alternative therapies with interested patients, but do not specialize in holistic medicine.

Q: What are the areas of expertise and interest are you most excited about bringing to NAH?

A: I really enjoy seeing a variety of patients in terms of age and healthcare needs throughout the day. I have a particular interest in women’s health, geriatrics and minor procedures.

Q: What do patients tell you they appreciate about you?

A: I think my patients appreciate that I try to take the time to explain their health conditions and options for treatment.

Q: Why did you choose to relocate here?

A: My husband and I were looking for a small city in the Western United States with four seasons and good recreational opportunities. We think Flagstaff will be a good fit.
