Course Description

Expectant mothers can increase energy levels, relieve discomfort and maintain a calm and healthy focus through the use of yoga. Safe and gentle exercises, postures and breathing techniques are introduced. Taught by a Labor and Delivery nurse and prenatal yoga instructor.

The journey of pregnancy, labor and childbirth is challenging both physically and mentally. Yoga offers women the tools to find the courage and patience to embrace the challenges of motherhood. For pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy; no yoga experience necessary.
 

This yoga class stretches and strengthens the body, balances the emotions, lifts and empowers the spirit. Expect breathing exercises, lower back support and poses that address the common symptoms of pregnancy.

The intention is to help you to feel excited, empowered, and comfortable with your changing body and help you feel more connected to your growing baby.
