Our patient service representatives can:
  • Provide you with information about billing procedures for all health insurance carriers.
  • Explain our billing procedures and statements.
  • Help you understand our patient billing payment requirements.

You may also receive billing statements from independent providers who have contributed to your care.


What you need to know about our billing

Physician services at our Flagstaff, Cottonwood and Sedona locations bill patients separately. As a result, the following physician services are not included on your hospital bill: 

  • Anesthesiologist
  • Cardiologist
  • Emergency physician
  • Hospitalist
  • Radiologist

We're unable to assist you with physician billing. Please contact your physician’s office directly with questions.


Call or walk in for assistance with your hospital bill

If you have questions about your hospital bill, get the help you need by calling one of our patient service representatives. Our Central Business Office staff responds to messages or questions within two business days after receipt of your inquiry.
