Our compassionate Children’s Health Center team, which includes dedicated specialty healthcare providers, is committed to providing one-on-one care for your child.
Our pediatric outpatient programs include detailed evaluations, treatment and medical rehabilitation.
These comprehensive services include:
- Children’s Rehabilitative Services (CRS).
- Children’s Specialty Clinics.
- Safe Child Center to protect children and families.
AHCCCS CRS members may choose care at the Children’s Health Center
With AHCCCS Complete Care (ACC) effective on Oct. 1, 2018, most CRS members are able to see any provider within their ACC plan’s provider network. The Children’s Health Center is excited to provide care to CRS patients to help your child regain his or her health as quickly as possible.
Northern Arizona Healthcare Children’s Health Center (CHC) takes pride in the services that we provide for the children in our community.
